An extraordinary hotel with its own nature reserve – 550 hectares where some of the rarest species of lemurs, chameleons, birds of paradise and over 1,800 flora species can be found.
Described as the peninsula at the end of the world, it is remote and romantic and can only be accessed by light aircraft. A Relais & Chateaux property, accommodation is in 25 rosewood villas, all with spacious living and sleeping space, large terrace and relaxation area on the top floor.
Advertised as being located at the end of the world, Anjajavy really is remote. Accessible only three times per week by light aircraft from Antananarivo and set on 550 hectares, it is a nature lover’s paradise - guests can enjoy treks to view the lemurs and birds of paradise, as well as taking to the water for canoeing, sailing and fishing.
Each villa features a large terrace overlooking the sea, a living room and breakfast area and of course your master bed room. A small staircase provides access to the first floor which features a relaxation room that can be used as an office or children’s/guest room. The bathroom boasts a vast bath with separate lavatories. Your room is maintained at the ideal temperature for you by an individual and silent air conditioning system.
Anjajavy L’Hotel is great accommodation for children. With designated family rooms, and with plenty to see and do, it’s a great experience for all the family. Please bear in mind new born babies are not accepted, and children are only welcome from 1 year old.
