Newly-renovated, this is the most secluded of all the Londolozi luxury camps and has just three private suites, all with glorious river views.
A perfect place for private getaways and honeymoons, it also comes into its own as a private home when rented exclusively for groups of up to 14 people. It is ideal as a multi-generational holiday base and can be adapted for all needs and ages. Sightings of leopard are legendary at Londolozi and a stay at Pioneer Camp will not disappoint.
Amongst all the Londolozi properties, Pioneer Camp is the one which has most recently been refurbished and renovated. Although there are just three suites, the camp can be booked exclusively and turned, via clever use of inter-connecting rooms, into a private safari home for up-to 14 guests. A game-changer in the Sabi Sands.
Get lost in the superb Londolozi cuisine characterised by an excellent selection of ingredients and flavours. Carefully prepared and executed, every dish is a masterpiece of taste, innovation and culinary knowledge. Meals can be served indoors, on the deck, by the fireside or in the privacy of your suite.
Suites at Pioneer Camp represent the most exclusive, top-level and intimate retreat you could ever expect from a luxury safari resort. The three suites, designed to assure you maximum privacy, are perfect for intimate escapes or honeymooners looking for a memorable holiday. Each one has sublime river views, private pool, large windows, outdoor shower and elegant decorations. Bathrooms are a combination of classic Victorian and modern taste with chrome and mahogany finishes.
Perfect for couples who want to get exceptional intimacy out of their holiday, Pioneer Camp can also be converted into a private family accommodation for groups up to fourteen: the suites comprise a separate small bedroom and a lounge where children can be comfortably accommodated.
