Accommodation includes three &Beyond properties: Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, Ngorongoro Crater Lodge and Serengeti Under Canvas
Overnight flight from Heathrow to Addis Abba on Ethiopian Airways
Morning arrival into Addis Abba and connecting flight to Kilimanjaro. You will fly by light aircraft to Lake Manyara where you will be met and transferred to &Beyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge for a two night stay. The lodge is set up in the tree canopy looking out into the park and is ideally located for enjoying the fantastic game viewing that the park offers. A trip to the lake to see the large flocks of flamingos is always a highlight, as is the chance to see the famed tree climbing lions of Manyara.
After your morning game drive you will enjoy breakfast in the lodge before being transferred by road to &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge (about 2 hours) where you will be spending the next two nights. This is one of the most renowned safari lodges in Africa and commands a stunning location on the rim of the caldera looking out to the crater floor hundreds of meters below. The first afternoon will be spent relaxing and enjoying the superb location, whilst the second day will be spent exploring the crater floor with your guide and enjoying the incredible game viewing for which the crater is so well known. The location and easy access to the crater floor means you can avoid the crowds and access some of the more remote corners of the crater before anyone else arrives.
This morning you will be transferred back to the Manyara Airstrip for your flight into the Serengeti. From the airstrip you will be transferred to &Beyond Serengeti Under Canvas where you will be spending the next three nights. This semi-mobile camp moves around the Serengeti according to the movement of the herds of the Great Migration, so you are always assured superb game viewing whatever time of year you travel.
This afternoon you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Kilimanjaro. Fly overnight to London Heathrow via Addis Abba
Morning arrival into London Heathrow.
